Trident wellbeing works with a multidisciplinary approach FEATURING CBT, NLP, DBT, PHYSIOLOGICAL AND ANXIETY FOCUSSED TOOLS.

BUT IT ALWAYS COMES BACK TO three pillars tHAT CAN help you change quickly, smoothly and in a variety of ways.

Within each pillar are different strategies and tools applied, but by having more than one pillar to focus on changes are more pronounced, faster and can be used independently once coaching sessions are no longer needed.

EMOTIONAL

The first pillar is related to your emotions. What is the actual problem, how is it a problem and then how do we change those emotions so that you aren’t feeling so blocked, trapped and overwhelmed. By changing your emotions we can move forward to make other changes to help you develop new ways of thinking and feeling.

So often we become trapped in our emotional rollercoaster going up and down and then creating habits and strategies that serve no long term healthy way of being.

Maybe you take on other people problems, maybe you feel stuck and obligated by decisions that you have made in the past, or are financially bound. Once we help you change those feelings and sensations with tools that you can use when you are away from your coaching session and in everyday life we can tackle other issues that may have caused these emotions, or that may be in your life daily and that you can’t escape from.

BEHAVIOURAL

Have you found that you have practices and habits that are unhealthy. Maybe you have a temper or short fuse that gets you into trouble. Maybe you too readily give of yourself but find no time for yourself and become unhealthy physically and mentally.

Whatever behaviourism or habit you have adopted Trident-Wellbeing understands that these are unconscious and in a friendly non-judgemental environment we give you the skills, and insight with real workings to help you to change.

By working together you can change quickly and move forward in ways that you may not have suspected.

COMMUNICATIVE

Here we help you with your internal and external dialogue. We find out how you affect your relationships in business, financially and emotionally and side by side we help you change your communication in ways that enable you to actually see things from a different perspective.

Once you can see things differently you have new choices open up and we help you navigate through this so that you can use the best mindset moving forward and ultimately take control of your life. We help you change your internal dialogue and by doing so you will notice other external changes happen around you.

After using these 3 pillars clients have found that their finances improve, their relationships move forward and even when they felt stuck or are duty bound they no longer have feelings of being trapped and without options.   • We all want to control who we are, who it is that others perceive. Yet what defines us, and the world to us, is how we feel.

  • By better controlling g those same emotions, we can not only control how we perceive the world, but how it perceives us in return.

  • By breaking our habits and building new, better neural pathways, we can establish a more productive and fulfilling pattern of action to move forward with.

COMMUNICATIVE

  • How we communicate with others is almost as important as how we communicate with ourselves. We repeat things so often in our minds, to our minds, that we cant help but believe them to be true.

  • Often an external understanding and exterior vantage point are required to recognise that our biases and opinions are just that.

  • It isn’t so much about seeing the glass half full or half empty, but seeing the glass at all.
